This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the photographer identified below (the “Photographer”) and a subsidiary of Getty Images, Inc. identified in Article 7 of the Standard Terms and will commence on (date) (the “Commencement Date”) (Getty Images and the Photographer together the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
