This Agreement has been entered into on , 20 , between (“Camper(s)”) and Petoskey KOA (“Campground”) for the rental of a Campsite at Petoskey KOA from April 27, 2018 to October 15, 2018, according to the Terms and Conditions set forth below. The campsite rental term is limited to the stated dates and is not intended to be an annual and/or perpetual rental. No guarantee is made for any particular campsite number or specific open and close dates. Any guidelines are intended to be an agreement for the Camper and their campsite only and do not necessarily apply to any other campsite within the Campground or any other guests who may rent nearby on an overnight or extended basis.
