This Personal Information / Data Processing Agreement (“Processing Agreement”) is entered into between yourself (“Disclosing Party”) and Tourvest Duty Free (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2015/365472/07), located at 2 South Arm Road, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa (“Recipient”) in relation to the processing by the Recipient of the personal information of the Disclosing Party. This Processing Agreement is effective as of the date of consent hereto or the effective date of any main agreement incorporating the terms of this Processing Agreement by reference (“Agreement”), whichever is earlier.
