Customer’s water service will continue as long as the customer does not default on the payment required under the above schedule and the customer pays all future bills by the required due date. All payments should be made at Omro City Hall on or before the due date specified. Failure to comply with the terms of this payment extension agreement shall result in the right of the City of Omro Utility to disconnect service pursuant to disconnection of service rules (s.PSC Sec. 185.37) and under such circumstances, is not required to offer further negotiation of a payment agreement prior to disconnection. A $45/$80 reconnect fee PLUS ALL BALANCES must be paid in full before reconnection.
