This Paycentric Bill Pay Services Addendum (the “Addendum”) is entered between Elavon, Inc. (“Elavon”) and the entity identified below as the Company (“Company”) as of the Addendum Effective Date set forth below. This Addendum is governed by that certain Master Services Agreement dated by and between Elavon and Company (as amended, the “Agreement”) governing the Services provided to Company by Elavon. All capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.
