This Lease Contract is between you, the undersigned resident(s): XXXXXXXX and us, the owner/agent: Avenue One Residential. You've agreed to rent the property located at XXXXXXXX for use as a private residence only. The terms "you" and "your" refer to all residents listed above. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the owner/agent listed. The residence will be occupied exclusively by the resident(s) listed above. The Owner/Agent must approve unauthorized occupants living in the premises for longer than 7 consecutive days. The Premises may be a portion of an apartment complex, condominium complex or other larger parcel of land and, if so, the larger parcel shall be referred to herein as the Property.
