This PARENT SHAREHOLDER SUPPORT AGREEMENT, dated as of October 19, 2022 (this “Agreement”), is entered into by and among the shareholders listed on Exhibit A hereto (each, a “Shareholder”), Super Apps Holdings Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian private limited company (the “Company”) and Technology & Telecommunication Acquisition Corporation, a Cayman Islands exempted company (“Parent”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Merger Agreement (as defined below).
