Packerland Broadband Services will be provided to you ("you,” "your," or "Customer") on the terms and conditions set forth in this Service Agreement (the "Agreement") by the Packerland Broadband operating unit that owns and/or operates the cable television system in your area ("Packerland," "we," "us," or "our") and in any applicable Tariff(s) on file with the FCC, state utility commission or other comparable state agency. For purposes of this Agreement, "affiliate" means any entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Packerland Broadband. Services may include, but are not limited to, cable television service ("Video"), Packerland High Speed Internet service ("PHSI"), and Packerland Digital Voice and VoIP Services ("Voice") (each a "Service" and collectively the "Services").
