This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Affinion Benefits Group, LLC (“ABG”), a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 400 Duke Drive, Franklin, TN 37067, providing a membership program (the “Program”), and you and any joint accountholders who purchase a membership (collectively, “You”). By enrolling in the Program, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
