This Evaluation License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Nokia Technologies (Beijing) Co. Ltd., Level 10, East Tower, World Financial Centre, No. 1 East 3rd Ring Middle Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing 10002 (“Nokia”) and You (“Licensee”) for the Licensed Software (as defined below), effective from the date the Licensed Software was made available to You via a download link or similar means (“Effective Date”).
