THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 4h day of January 2020 by and between the Town of Mooresville, a municipal corporation in Iredell County, North Carolina (herein the “Town”) and the Mooresville Community Childrens Theatre, a non-profit corporation existing under the laws of the State of North Carolina having its principal office in Mooresville, North Carolina (hereinafter “Recipient”).
