This agreement is made by and between [LEGAL NAME OF DISTRICT PLACING CHILD] hereinafter referred to as the RESIDENT DISTRICT, the [LEGAL NAME OF DISTRICT IN WHICH THE private, nonsectarian, nonprofit educational training center or residential treatment center IS LOCATED], hereinafter referred to as the SERVICE DISTRICT, and [LEGAL NAME OF private, nonsectarian, nonprofit educational training center or residential treatment center], hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR, pursuant to Section 22-13-8 NMSA 1978, as amended.
