On April 1, 2020, Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) was transferred into Ontario Health through the Connecting Care Act, 2019. As such, all agreements with OTN have been transferred by operation of law under s. 41 of the Connecting Care Act, 2019; all references herein to Ontario Telemedicine Network and/or OTN are to be read as Ontario Health and/or OH.
