OPERATING AGREEMENT, dated as of December 30, 2010, by Radiation Therapy Services, Inc. as the sole member (the “Member”) of Aurora Technology Development, LLC (the “Company”). Unless otherwise indicated, capitalized words and phrases in this Operating Agreement (the “Agreement”) shall have the meanings set forth in the Glossary of Terms attached hereto as Exhibit A.
