This AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of August 2021 by and between the VILLAGE OF OLYMPIA FIELDS, an Illinois Municipality with offices at 20040 Governors Highway, Olympia Fields, IL 60461, hereinafter referred to as the "VILLAGE" and Teska Associates, Inc., an Illinois Corporation with offices at 627 Grove Street, Evanston, Illinois 60201 and 24103 West Lockport Street, Plainfield, IL 60544 hereinafter referred to as the "CONSULTANT".
