This E-Statement and E-Notice Disclosure Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is between Philadelphia Federal Credit Union (“PFCU”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and each owner of an account (“you”, “your”) for which the necessary steps are listed below to receive E-Statements and E- Notices, which include, but are not limited to, our periodic statement, member statements, electronic notices, privacy notices, change in terms notices, overdraft protection notices, disclosures, any amendments or addendums to the member Agreement and Disclosures and the terms of any benefits, products or services offered in connection with your account (hereinafter, “E-Statements and E-Notices”).
