THIS NORTHWEST MARKETING SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 30th day of June, 2003, by and between Northwest Airlines, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Minnesota, having its principal place of business at 2700 Lone Oak Parkway, Eagan, Minnesota 55121 (“Carrier”), and Worldspan, L.P., a limited partnership organized and existing under the laws of Delaware, having its principal place of business at 300 Galleria Parkway, N.W., Suite 2100, Atlanta, Georgia 30339 (together with its subsidiaries, “Worldspan”).
