Presstek, Inc. (the “Company”) hereby grants to the Employee the following nonqualified stock option (the “Option”) pursuant to NASDAQ Rule 4350(i)(1)(A)(iv) (the “NASDAQ Exception”) as an inducement material to the Employee’s entering into employment with the Company, such Option having been approved by the Company’s independent compensation committee.
