entered into as of , 2022 (this “Subscription Agreement”), by and between Belle Isle, Florida (the “Subscriber”), and the Florida PACE Funding Agency, a separate legal entity and public body and unit of local government, established pursuant to Section 163.01(7)(g), Florida Statutes, (the “Agency”), by and through their respective governing bodies. The purpose of the Subscription Agreement is to secure, in an efficient and uniform manner, for the Property Owners (as hereinafter defined) within the jurisdiction and boundaries of the Subscriber the privileges, benefits, powers and terms provided for herein and by law, and particularly by Section 163.08, Florida Statutes, as amended (the “Supplemental Act”), relating to the voluntary determination by affected property owners to obtain and finance certain improvements to property for energy efficiency, renewable energy or wind resistance.
