THIS NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT FOR BUSINESS EVALUATION (this “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of the Effective Date shown on the signature page hereof, by and between TJX Australia PTY LIMITED ABN 73 000 171 764 of Level 3, 189 O’Riordan St, Mascot NSW 2020 (“TJX”) and the Service Provider identified on the signature page hereof.
