This New Mexico Consumptive Use and Forbearance Exchange Agreement (hereinafter defined as the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date executed below, by and among the United States (as hereinafter defined), the Secretary (as hereinafter defined), the Gila River Indian Community, the San Carlos Irrigation and Drainage District, the Gila Valley Irrigation District, the Franklin Irrigation District, the Brown Canal Company of the Gila Valley Irrigation District, the Curtis Canal Company of the Gila Valley Irrigation District, the Dodge-Nevada Canal Company of the Gila Valley Irrigation District, the Fort Thomas Canal Company of the Gila Valley Irrigation District, the Graham Canal Company of the Gila Valley Irrigation Distirct, the Highline Canal Company of the Gila Valley Irrigation District, the Montezuma Canal Company of the Gila Valley Irrigation District, the San Jose Canal Company of the Gila Valley Irrigation District, the Smithville Canal Company of the Gila Valley Irrigation
