Per the terms of your company’s 2016-2017 Neighborhood and Preservation Program (N/RPP) executed Program Agreement, the Office of Community Renewal (OCR), on behalf of the Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC), is extending the term of your agreement through the July 1, 2018 – June 30, 2019 program year. Neighborhood Preservation Companies (NPC) shall each receive $88,671.33 and Rural Preservation Companies (RPC) shall each receive $88,305.08 for the 2018-19 program year. Section
