This Agreement is made as of January 21, 2010 by and between NEC Display Solutions of America, Inc. (“NEC Display”), a Delaware corporation, having its principal place of business at 500 Park Boulevard, Suite 1100, Itasca, IL 60143-1248, and Ballantyne Strong, Inc., a Delaware corporation, having its principal place of business at 4350 McKinley St., Omaha, NE 68112 (“Reseller”).
