THIS CONCESSION AGREEMENT, is given, and entered into, June 15, 2022 through June 15, 2025, by the CITY OF NAPLES, Florida, a Florida municipality (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) and G & E Corso, Inc. 696 6th Ave N, Naples, Fl 34102 FEI/EIN Number: 47-5434431, a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as “CONCESSIONAIRE”) to operate a concession located at NAPLES PIER which is located at the terminus of 12th Avenue South, Naples, Florida 34102,(hereinafter the “Concession Area”). As good and valuable consideration, the CONCESSIONAIRE shall pay a monthly Concession Fee to the City of Naples for all Concession Services at 25% of gross sales (less sales tax) for all operations covered by the Concession Services Agreement.
