The Transmission Administrator (TA), ESBI Alberta Ltd. (EAL), filed an application (Application) with the Alberta Energy & Utilities Board (Board) dated October 19, 2001, pursuant to the Transmission Matters Deficiency Correction Regulation, AR 150/2000 (TMDC Regulation), for an order binding future TAs to the 20-year Transmission Must Run Services Agreement dated July 13, 2001 (Valleyview TMR Agreement) between EAL and ATCO Power Canada Ltd. (ATCO Power).
