(Company No. 1369122-U), a company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016 and having its registered office at C-4, Taman Tunku, Bukit Tunku, 50480 Kuala Lumpur ("Investor") and the company whose particulars are described in Item 2 of the First Schedule ( "Company").
