This partnership agreement is entered on April 17, 2023 among the signatory partner entities, including Mount Clemens Community Schools Authorizer (if applicable)>, the Macomb Intermediate School District (MISD), and the Michigan Department of Education (MDE). According to Section 388.1622p of the Michigan Compiled Laws. assignment of a district to a 3-year partnership is made by the state superintendent of public instruction.
