This document, along with, as applicable, Your Service Application, Our Tariff, Acceptable Use Policy (Broadband) and Fair Access Policy (Broadband) (collectively, the “Agreement”), describes the terms and conditions under which Moundville Telephone Company, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, any other person or entity doing business as Moundville, Mound.net or MTC Long Distance, and any agents of the aforementioned entities, including any billing agents (collectively, “Moundville”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), provide telecommunications, information and other services (“Service” or “Services”) and any related Equipment to you (“You” or “Your”) and constitutes the Agreement between you and Moundville. By applying for, subscribing to, using, or paying for the Moundville services described below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement, and that you agree to be bound by the charges, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
