Your service details, these terms of service and any schedules attached to these terms of service (“Schedules”), along with any requested work orders and your invoice (which may include notices of changes to your agreement) all taken together form the entire agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“Customer” or “you”) and Moby (“Moby” or “we”). You should review the entire Agreement. All of the parts are important and together create a legal agreement that applies to you once you have accepted it. Moby relies upon your word that you have reached the legal age of majority and are authorized to enter into this Agreement.
