This ECSFCU Mobile Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the East County Schools Federal Credit Union's Mobile Banking. Please read this Agreement carefully. We invite you to print a copy of this Agreement and retain it for your records. You may request that a copy of this Agreement be mailed to you by calling (619) 588-1515. "We, Our, Us" mean East County Schools Federal Credit Union. "You" or "Your" means each member authorized to use the ECSFCU Mobile Access.
