Welcome to Mission Bank’s online banking service (the “Service”). The first time you retrieve your accounts through the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Online Banking Agreement (the “Agreement”) and acknowledge its receipt and your understanding of its terms. This Agreement will be effective as of the first day we make the Service accessible to you. Unless otherwise stated, any reference to the Agreement shall include applicable schedules, enrollment forms and exhibits to the same, as well as applicable user guides, user manuals, set-up forms and other user materials, including online terms and information. Each time you access the Service, you confirm your agreement to these terms, as amended from time to time.
