And whereas, the said Agreement entered into force on the 2nd day of August, 2016 being the date of the later of the notifications of the completion of the procedures required by the respective laws for entry into force of the said Agreement, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 12 of the said Agreement;

And whereas, the date of entry into force of the said Agreement is the 12th day of September, 2016, being the date of the later of the notifications of the completion of the procedures as required by the respective laws for entry into force of the said Agreement, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 30 of the said Agreement;

And whereas, the said Agreement shall enter into force on the date on which the second of the two Parties has provided a written notification to the Government of the other jurisdiction in accordance with paragraph (1) of Article 5 of the said Agreement;

And whereas, the said Agreement entered into force on the 30th January, 2020 being the thirtieth day after the date of the later of the notifications of the completion of the procedures required by the respective laws for bringing into force the said Agreement, in accordance with Article 12 of the said Agreement;
