This agreement is between the County of Marin and MarinIT (the Contractor) to manage Marin Information and Data Access Systems (MIDAS) as the Managed Service Provider in accordance to the Scope of Work (Exhibit A) and fees and payment schedule (Exhibit B) specified in this document.
