Thank you for your interest in publishing content with Microsoft. This Publisher Agreement (this "Agreement") includes the Exhibits, Addenda and all documents expressly referenced herein and describes the relationship between you and Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft,” “we,” “us” or “our”) and governs your use of Microsoft’s distribution platforms to make content available to Customers and the Partner Center.

This Business Applications Addendum (“Addendum”) is an agreement between the entity identified by you during your Partner Center registration (“you”) and the applicable Microsoft Entity (“Microsoft”). This Addendum applies with respect to each Business Application (as defined below) you submit for Certification or publishing in the Marketplace, and governs your participation in the Business Applications ISV Connect Program (“Program”), as it may be named or renamed. The terms in the Microsoft Publisher Agreement which can be accessed at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=699560 (“Agreement”) are expressly incorporated herein by reference and apply, except as modified by this Addendum. You should review the Agreement together with this Addendum.
