This Agreement is entered into, effective the Thirteenth day of November, 2006, by and between the Escanaba Board of Education, Escanaba, Michigan, hereinafter called the "Board" and the Michigan Education Support Personnel Association, hereinafter called "MESPA", through its local affiliate, the National Education Association, Michigan Education Association, Escanaba District. The signatories shall be the sole parties to this agreement.
