This Agreement is the contract of deposit which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Membership and Account(s) offered to you by Kitsap Credit Union (“Credit Union”). In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign the Membership and Account Card as members, opens accounts online and electronically agree to the Membership Agreement, joint owners, or any authorized users. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the Credit Union. The word “account” means any one or more deposit accounts you have with the Credit Union, including savings, checking, money market, and certificates, as applicable.

This Membership and Accounts Agreement and Disclosure provides information regarding your Logix Federal Credit Union membership and your and our rights and responsibilities concerning your membership and accounts, sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to Savings, Money Market, Checking and Certificate Accounts and to those products and services you elect which may affect your accounts, and includes other important information. This Membership and Accounts Agreement and Disclosure is in addition to any and all other account, loan, product, and service agreements and disclosures you may receive in connection with obtaining additional accounts, loans, products, or services with us.
