This MemberNet Bill Payment Services Agreement ("Agreement") is between the University of Michigan Credit Union, the financial institution providing the MemberNet remote banking services (we, us, our or CU), and each member who has enrolled in our Bill Payment Services and any person authorized by the member to use the member’s Bill Payment Services (collectively, you, your or yours).
