As you know, in 1992 or 1993, you or a predecessor in interest entered into an NRTC/Member Agreement for Marketing and Distribution of DBS Services (as amended, including in 1994, the “Existing Member Agreement”) with NRTC, which permitted you to distribute DIRECTV services.
