This Media Format Specification Agreement for Implementation (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the last signature below, by and between Digital Entertainment Content Ecosystem (DECE) LLC (“DECE”), a Delaware limited liability company, and the entity named below (together with its Controlled Affiliates, “Licensee”).
