These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between the person or organization agreeing to these Terms (“Customer” or “Y/you”) and Cordance Operations LLC, dba McCreadie Group (the “Company,” “Us” or W/we”). By signing an Order, accepting these Terms, or using the Services, you represent that you have the authority to bind the Customer to the Order, these Terms, and any applicable schedules, exhibits, or appendices incorporated or referenced herein (collectively, the “Agreement”).
