In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Musharakah Agreement, Ijarah Agreement, Purchase Undertaking, Service Agency Agreement and 1st Party Assignment all dated 16th October 2014, entered between the Assignee/Bank and the said Assignors/Customers and in respect of the Sale And Purchase Agreement between Assignors/Customers and Tetap Majumas Sdn Bhd ("the Vendor") dated 26th February 2014, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer.
