The Engineering Department has received competitive quotes from two materials testing companies for the Street Milling & Overlay project (Bid No. 2018-04) to provide quality control testing of the installed asphalt overlay. After reviewing the quotes we have selected GeoTek Engineering & Testing Services, Inc. from Sioux Falls, SD for a cost not to exceed $4,500.00 plus applicable sales tax.
