The Licensee intends to produce a compilation Album featuring local Doraville, GA artists for presentation at and promotion of the 2021 Doraville Sesquicentennial Fall Food & Music Festival, subsequent sesquicentennial events, available for download or streaming on preferred platform, and desires to acquire a master use license for promotional purposes only from the Owner.
