LTD, a limited corporation existing under the laws of the Peoples Republic of China, with its principal offices at Mingyang Industry Park, High Tech. Development Zone — 528437 Zhongshan — Guangdong Province, People’s — Republic of China (“Turbine Supplier”) and WIND HUNTER, LLC., a Wyoming limited liability company, with its principal offices at 3129 Bass Pro Drive, Grapevine, Texas 76051 USA (“Buyer”).
