THIS MASTER SUBCONTRACTING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of the 26th day of November, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Polycom, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Polycom”), and Glowpoint, Inc, a Delaware corporation (“Glowpoint”).
