(the "Effective Date"), is entered into by and between Nuventive, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a principal place of business at 9800B McKnight Road, Suite 255, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 ("Nuventive"), and the entity identified in the Order Form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A ("Licensee"). This Nuventive Master Software and Professional Services Agreement Replaces and Supersedes the TracDat Software License Agreement dated June 1st, 2013, the Amendment to Software License Agreement (the “SLA”), dated October 30th, 2014 and the Amendment to the Software License Agreement signed on December 7th, 2016.
