This MASTER SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT, is entered into on the signature date of an applicable signed order form by and between Freeze Inc., a corporation with its principal address at 400 TradeCenter Drive, Suite 5900, Woburn, MA 01801, USA, and the Customer identified on an order form; provided that any specific terms and conditions outlined in such order form shall take precedence over and supersede any conflicting provisions in this Master Service Subscription Agreement.

This Master Service Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of later of the two signature dates below (“Effective Date”), between Sprout Social, Inc. and its Affiliates (collectively, “Sprout Social”) and The Texas A&M University System, an agency of the State of Texas, and each Member (as defined below) (collectively, the “Subscriber”). This Agreement sets forth the terms pursuant to which Subscriber will be permitted to use certain of Sprout Social’s web-based and professional services.
