This Master Pole Joint Use Agreement (the "Agreement") dated this day of , 2022 is made by and between DataLink, Ltd a company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands, the registered office of which is at P.O. Box 38, 457 North Sound Road, Grand Cayman KY1-1101, Cayman Islands. (hereinafter referred to as ”DataLink”), and Infinity Broadband, Ltd (bda C3) (hereinafter referred to as "Communications Utility").
