THIS MASTER ORIGINATION AND SALE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), outlines the affirmative covenants, terms and conditions undertaken by the executing lending institution (the "Participant"), and made to the PENNSYLVANIA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY (the "Agency"), a public corporation and government instrumentality of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania organized pursuant to the Housing Finance Agency Law (Act of Dec. 3, 1959, P.L. 1688, No. 621) (35 P.S. Section 1680.101 et seq.), as it may be amended from time to time (the "Act"), all made as condition to participating in the Agency’s programs.
