THIS MASTER LOAN SALE AND CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT, dated as of April 21, 2023 (as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time, this “Agreement”), is between AB PRIVATE CREDIT INVESTORS CORPORATION, a Maryland corporation (in its capacity as seller hereunder, together with its successors and assigns, the “Seller”) and ABPCIC FUNDING IV LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, the “Buyer”).
